The Hold targets the five most common luteal phase challenges: mood instability, digestive issues, sleep disruption, skin problems, and adrenal fatigue. While everyone's experience is unique, these are the core issues most women face.
Our blends don’t include herbs known to reduce contraceptive effectiveness (e.g. St John’s Wort or Vitex).
They do contain gentle botanicals such as red clover (follicular), liquorice root (menstrual/ovulation), maca (luteal), raspberry leaf, lemon balm, ginger, etc. Evidence doesn’t show these make hormonal contraception less effective, but everyone’s situation is different - especially if you’re on fertility medication or planning treatment.
