We want you to love every sip of your POUR SOME MORE ritual. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food and wellness items), we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
To be eligible, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 28 days.
Email us at [hello@poursomemoretea.com] with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email [hello@poursomemoretea.com](mailto:hello@poursomemoretea.com) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on:
* Opened tea or consumable products
* Gift cards
* Sale items or limited edition boxes

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days, please check with your bank or card provider first. If there’s still an issue, contact us and we’ll make sure it’s resolved.
