Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

UK Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: from £2.95 on orders under £25

  • Free Shipping: on orders over £25

  • Subscriptions: All UK subscription orders ship free

  • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days (via Royal Mail)

U.S. Delivery

  • International Shipping: From $15, depending on weight

  • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (tracked international service)

  • Customs & Duties:
    We prepay duties in the UK, but U.S. customs and handling fees may apply.

  • Subscription Perk:
    If you’re subscribed, you’ll still receive 20% off your order, but shipping fees apply.

Canada Delivery

  • International Shipping: From CAD $19, depending on weight
  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (tracked international service)
  • Customs & Duties:
    We prepay duties in the UK, but Canadian customs and handling fees may apply.
  • Subscription Perk:
    If you’re subscribed, you’ll still receive 20% off your order, but shipping fees apply.

Europe Delivery

Orders shipped to Ireland are subject to 0% VAT and 0% import duties on tea, so there are no surprise charges at delivery! For orders including accessories such as our Glass Infuser or Wood Holder, import charges may occasionally apply for orders over €150.

Other European orders are temporarily paused.
We’ll notify our subscribers and followers as soon as we’re back.
