We keep things simple - clear purchases, transparent pricing, and fair cancellations.

Purchases
All purchases are processed securely through our website. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details and estimated delivery time.
If you notice any errors in your order or delivery address, please email [hello@poursomemoretea.com] as soon as possible. We can usually amend orders within the first 2 hours of purchase before they’re packed.

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will be treated as returns under our Return & Refund Policy.

Out of stock or delayed items
If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we’ll contact you with the option to wait, choose an alternative, or receive a full refund.

Subscriptions 
If you’ve purchased a recurring subscription, you can cancel, swap or pause it anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
